Background: Doug has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate in the Dallas Fort Worth market.  He has extensive knowledge of site selection, lease negotiations, tenant prospecting, property sale transactions, development processes, and tenant representation. He has been involved in numerous "ground-up" retail developments and secured a substantial occupancy percentage prior to completion of the projects.  After years of employment at companies such as Global Fund Investments and KM Realty, Doug established Retail Realty Advisors in partnership with Triangle Development Services to develop build-to-suit and multi-tenant retail/restaurant properties.  Retail Realty Advisors also offers project leasing, tenant representation, site selection, lease negotiation, brokerage, and development services.
